1. Who are these terms with?
These terms are an agreement between you and PurveO Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.
“PurveO”, “we” and “us” mean PurveO Technologies Private Limited. “You” means the person using the website and, if you use it on behalf of an organisation, that organisation as well. If you use the website for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. When do these terms apply?
These terms apply from the moment you access www.purveo.ai. If you do not agree to them, do not use the website.
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to use the website or to request a demo.
3. Do these terms cover the PurveO platform?
No. These terms cover the website only. Access to and use of the PurveO platform, including PICO, is governed by a separate written agreement between PurveO and its customer.
If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails. Nothing on the website, including a demo, a pricing page or a proposal, creates a subscription or obliges PurveO to supply the platform until that agreement has been signed.
4. Can you rely on the information on the website?
The website describes PurveO’s products in general terms. It is provided for information only and is not an offer, a warranty or professional advice.
- Performance figures, such as automation rates, extraction accuracy and reductions in cycle time, are indicative. Your results depend on your data, processes, systems and configuration.
- The invoices, purchase orders, supplier names, amounts and other records shown on the website are sample data created for illustration. They do not describe any real customer or transaction.
- Features, integrations, plans and pricing can change. Pricing is scoped for each customer, and only a signed order is binding.
- Nothing on the website is legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice, including what it says about e-invoicing mandates such as PEPPOL and PINT AE. Take professional advice for your own circumstances.
5. How may you use the website?
You may use the website to learn about PurveO and to request a demo, for your own business purposes.
Search engines and AI answer engines may crawl and index the public pages of the website in line with our robots.txt file.
What must you not do?
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or test its security without our written permission.
- Interfere with the website’s operation, for example with malware, a denial-of-service attack or automated traffic designed to overload it.
- Send false, misleading or automated requests through the demo-request form, or submit another person’s details without their permission.
- Use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
6. Who owns the content on the website?
PurveO or its licensors own the website and its content, including its text, design, graphics, diagrams, videos and code.
PurveO and PICO, and their logos, are trade names of PurveO Technologies Private Limited. You may view, print and share pages of the website for your own reference, but you may not use PurveO’s names, logos or content to suggest an endorsement, or reproduce them commercially, without our written permission.
Other names on the website, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, Microsoft Teams, Slack and YouTube, are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear to describe compatibility or integration and do not mean their owners endorse PurveO.
7. What applies when you request a demo?
When you request a demo, you agree to give accurate details and for PurveO to contact you about your request.
We handle the personal data you send us as our Privacy Policy describes. Requesting a demo does not oblige you to buy anything, and it does not oblige PurveO to give you a demo or offer you a subscription.
8. Is PurveO responsible for other websites and services?
No. The website links to, or embeds content from, services PurveO does not control, such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link or an embedded video does not mean we endorse the service, and we are not responsible for its content, availability or practices.
9. Does PurveO give any warranty about the website?
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, PurveO gives no warranty about it.
In particular, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete, current or suitable for your purposes. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. What is PurveO liable for?
To the fullest extent the law allows, PurveO is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
That includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, however it arises. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
11. When must you compensate PurveO?
You agree to compensate PurveO for loss it suffers because you broke these terms or misused the website.
This includes reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from a claim brought by a third party as a result of your breach or misuse.
12. Can PurveO change or suspend the website?
Yes. PurveO may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, without notice.
We may also restrict your access if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms. We are not liable to you if any part of the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
13. Can these terms change?
Yes. When PurveO updates these terms, we change the date at the top of this page.
The terms in force when you use the website apply to that use. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
14. Which law governs these terms?
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of India.
The courts with jurisdiction over PurveO’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, except that PurveO may seek urgent relief to protect its rights in any court that has jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, you and PurveO will each try in good faith to settle the dispute by discussion for at least 30 days.
15. What else do you need to know?
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and PurveO about your use of the website.
- If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.
- If PurveO does not enforce a right straight away, it has not given up that right.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. PurveO may transfer its rights, for example to a business that succeeds it.
- These terms are published in English and in Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
